Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask ASA Overseas to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including details shared through WhatsApp, this website, phone or email.

How to request deletion

1. Send us a request by WhatsApp to +91 73033 44155 with the message "Please delete my data", or email sales@asaoverseas.in with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records.
3. We confirm it's you, usually by replying to the same WhatsApp number or email.
4. We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What we delete

Your name, contact details, enquiry details, chat history and any files you shared with us. We also stop all WhatsApp messages to your number.

What we may need to keep

If you placed an order, Indian tax law requires us to keep invoices and related billing records for a set period. We keep only what the law requires, and we do not use it for anything else.
