ASA Overseas is a GST-registered business (GSTIN 07BEEPP7109E2ZK) based in Delhi, India, offering academic guidance services (ASA Academic) and bulk supply of disposable hygiene and protective products (ASA Healthcare).

2. Quotes and orders (Healthcare Supplies)

• Prices, minimum order, freight, payment terms and quote validity are stated in each written quote. A quote becomes an order only when you confirm it and we accept it.
• Product images on this website are representative. Exact size, material and colour are confirmed in your quote.
• Delivery dates are estimates agreed with you. We will tell you promptly about any delay.
• Please check goods on delivery and report any damage, shortage or wrong item within 48 hours. Replacement or return terms are as agreed in your quote.
• All invoices include GST as applicable.

3. Academic services

• We provide guidance, research support, editing, formatting, data analysis and plagiarism checks. Scope, timeline and fee are agreed before work starts.
• You are responsible for using our work in line with your university's or institution's academic integrity rules.
• Revisions are included within the agreed scope. New requirements may be charged separately.
• We keep your documents and personal details confidential.

4. Payments and refunds

Payment terms are stated in your quote. Advance payments for work already started or goods already dispatched are not refundable, unless we fail to deliver what was agreed.

5. WhatsApp and communication

By sharing your number and ticking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your enquiry, quote, order or project. Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time to stop messages. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Website use

Do not misuse this website, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. The ASA Overseas name and logo belong to us.

7. Liability

We take care that our products and services match what was agreed. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or service concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
